In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we are happy to offer a 14 day return policy on all orders placed through our website & we are happy to arrange a refund for goods which are returned unworn and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please note we do not offer refunds on items bought in our shop at 223 London Road, Hadleigh; but we are happy to exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to return your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for return. Once the item has been inspected and approved for refund, we will process your return within six working days of receipt.
We are unable to accept items which have been worn, soiled, damaged or returned outside the allotted timescale – they will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
Please note refunds do not cover postage costs, unless the item is found to be genuinely faulty, or in cases where an incorrect item has been sent.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our business premises, so we recommend using a recorded service. Please ensure that you carefully pack your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
